RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Returns are accepted 14 working days after the day you received your item.

If you are unhappy with the product in any wayor you have changed your mind its your right to return the product to us and receive a full refunded. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions in this return policy.(*See exceptions for lingerie and intimate items)

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals and in original packaging.

Return of faulty products or damaged during transport

In the unlikely event that an item in you purchased is factory is defective or damaged during transport or any other problem that prevents its correct use

  • 1. You should contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of product to report the defect. Our team can assess it and advice you what to do.
  • 2. We allow product exchanges provided it is done for the same product purchased.
  • 3. Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • 4. If the product being exchanged is no longer available or out of stocks, full purchase price will be refunded orthe product can be exchanged by a product with equal value to the product obtained previously.

For damaged item during transport please contact us straight away.

If there is obvious damage to the item or packagingdamaged during transport. Please ask the delivery driver or post man to make a note that the product has been delivered damaged, alternatively you can refuse to accept the parcel. Do not dispose of any damaged items or packaging as we may ask you to return it to us.

Return of Lingerie Products

All item of costumes or lingerie sets must be returned unused with tags with their original manufacturer's packaging.

You may inspect and try on clothing items for size. If necessary intimate items, such as G-string, knickers, thongs, may be tried on over other clothing, hygiene protection sticker must not be removed if you are not sure you want to keep the item or the complete set they are part of.

Lingerie Exceptions

Items of an intimate nature, e.g. knickers, thongs and G-strings cannot be returned once the hygiene protection seal has been broken or tags have been removed. All other items of the set they are part of will not be accepted for refund.

Customers might not receive a full refund once items of an intimate nature, e.g. knickers, thongs and G-strings or hosiery items, have been worn, washed, not in the original condition with tags, with any marks (e.g. make-up) or odors (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke).

Customers might not get a full refund if the costume, outfits or lingerie sets is only returned partly or where the stockings or accessories have been worn.

Returns Method Accepted

  • 1. Post the item back to us using Royal Mail or a courier service with tracking deliveryservices.
  • 2. Have your parcel collected by UKMail courier from your home on a selected collection date. (extra charges apply)

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.Please return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

REFUNDS

We will refund the purchase price of any goods returned no later than 14 days from the day when you give us notice of cancelation. We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us or Items returned to us after 14 days and or without contacting us, will not be refunded.

Original delivery charge will not be refunded if you have returned an order to us because you no longer wanted it or have changed your mind, then we will not be able to refund your postage costs.

If you have received the wrong item or it is faulty them,we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery charges plus any extra return postage charges.

YES. For one reason or another, there may be a time when you may want to cancel, return or exchange your order. How long do I have to return an item?

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods back to us.Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.

Do I have to pay return postage?

YES. If you have returned an order to us because you no longer want it or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Do I get refunded for order original postage charges?
